Michelle is the coordinator for Buy Fresh Buy Local Nebraska

She has over 20 years in educational delivery, programming, and outreach. She helped build a community garden and farmers market in Valentine, Nebraska. Her experience leading a variety of coalition and partnership projects that benefit rural communities strengthens her ability to form cooperatives. She will focus on strengthening the local food systems in Nebraska, building educational materials and using social media to expand reach. 

Michelle has her Bachelor’s degree in Youth Development and a Master’s in Education & Human Sciences. She has participated in cooperative training through CooperationWorks! Michelle is located in North Central Nebraska.
