Skylar has more than 10 years of experience in local food systems and network development, including specialty crop production, farmers' market management, agricultural education, farm-to-school initiatives, organic certification, and food systems technical assistance. Skylar will support cooperative development by providing technical assistance, mentoring local food groups interested in forming cooperatives, and connecting them with appropriate resources and expertise to succeed. Skylar is located in Southeast Nebraska.

BS from UNL Biological Systems Engineering.
